Purpose

An annual event, the New York State Fair attracts over 1,000,000 people to the Central New York Region creating a business multiplier effect.  The Fair is also used as a venue to professionally promote New York State food products by inviting New York producer-participants to exhibit at sampling stations. 

Eligibility 

New York food processors and agricultural product producers.
