Purpose

To provide faster contracts for maintenance, repair and minor construction projects with urgent and time-sensitive requirements.  Competitively bid term contract for construction utilizing a unit price book. Bidding typically takes place twice yearly based on trades needed. Contracts are for one year with two one-year renewable options.  Construction Job Orders average between $500 and $350,000. 

Eligibility 

Construction contractors for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, electrical, general contracting, hazmat and roofing.  Job Orders are awarded to the contractor who was low bidder in the region the work is to be performed and ready to perform the work on an on-call basis.
