Purpose

The Technical Assistance Program assists minority and women-owned business enterprise (MWBE) firms to acquire the technical and managerial skills needed to enable them to successfully make the transition from subcontractors to prime contractors or to increase their prime contracting capacity on construction projects.
 
This discretionary program provides assistance in the following areas:

• Preparation of bid proposals
• Preparation of payment requisitions
• Preparation of change order proposals
• Preparation of Work Schedules
• Preparation of certified payrolls 

Eligibility

MWBE contractors and subcontractors on DASNY construction projects who are seeking to obtain assistance in the program areas.
