Purpose

The Office of General Services Design & Construction (D&C) Group provides a full range of high quality architectural, engineering and construction management services to state agencies through an interdependent model of public and private sector resources.  As such, D&C bids construction and consultant services on behalf of its state agency clients, and maintains an active workload portfolio valued at approximately $1 billion.  To learn more about consultant and contractor opportunities, visit the resource below:

Empire State Builder Newsletter - OGS maintains a separate online public notification system, known as the Empire State Builder Newsletter, for posting information on all OGS construction and consultant bid opportunities.  The newsletter provides current information on construction and consulting contract opportunities, the ability to order bid documents online, and emergency contracting information.

Eligibility

Any contracting or consulting business capable of meeting the bid requirements is eligible to bid on D&C contracts.
