New York State offers assistance to minority-owned & women-owned businesses (MWBEs) in many different areas. We help eliminate barriers for MWBEs seeking to participate in state contracts and provide information and resources that increase access to information and opportunities for minority and women-owned businesses throughout the State. New York's Division of Minority and Women's Business Development (DMWBD) promotes the equality of economic opportunities for MWBEs.
